From shelf to shopper: making brand execution count
Availability, presentation and well-prepared field teams connect a brand’s plans with the customer’s experience.

Get the fundamentals right
A campaign can bring shoppers to the shelf, but the product still needs to be available, correctly positioned and clearly presented. Merchandising visits should check stock availability, display condition and alignment with the agreed plan.
Keep a clear route schedule and an escalation process for issues the field team cannot resolve directly.
Prepare people for the interaction
Promoters need a concise product brief, accurate answers to common questions and a clear understanding of the activation’s objectives. The best customer interactions are informed and respectful, not simply scripted.
For events and in-store activities, coordinate approvals, staffing, materials and logistics before launch. Consider the audience and cultural context at every stage.
Learn from each visit
Use consistent visit reports and appropriate photo evidence to understand what happened in the field. Separate execution measures, such as coverage and display compliance, from sales outcomes that may be affected by other factors.
Bring those observations back into planning. Strong execution is a cycle of preparation, delivery and improvement.
